Circa Modern collects and uses your personal information to give you superior customer service, to provide you with convenient access to our products and services. In addition, at your option, your personal information can be used to keep you up to date on the latest product announcements, special offers, and other information we think you’d like to hear about.
We collect information about you in a few ways. For example, we might ask for your contact information when you correspond with us, call us to make a purchase or make an on-line purchase.
Circa Modern works with shipping companies to provide you with your purchases. We do give your personal information to these companies so they can deliver your products efficiently. The information they receive is for shipping and delivery purposes only, and we require that the companies safeguard your personal information.
Circa Modern safeguards the security of the data you send us with physical, electronic, and managerial procedures.
Under all circumstances we do not accept returns. The purchaser is responsible and encouraged to carefully inspect each and every piece purchased as we are selling pre-owned merchandise that is over 40-60 years old and can show varying signs of wear. All pieces sold in as-is condition.

TERMS OF SALE
Please be aware of all condition before you purchase the piece. If you feel unclear about the condition of a piece please ask. We will provide you with every detail as well as additional photos to help you make an informed choice.
The items we sell date back to the 1950s or earlier so please expect wear normal with age and use. We do our best to provide very detailed and accurate descriptions and welcome any inquiries for additional information and/or photos to assist the buyer in making a purchasing decision. Items are sold as-is.
If the buyer is responsible for picking up or shipping pieces that they purchased, they must do so in a timely fashion. After the purchase has taken place, Circa Modern gives a 10 day grace period after which each item the buyer is responsible for is subject to a $5 per item per day storage fee.
Larger items may require freight shipping. This can be a slow process, and therefore we advise a three to ten week lead time for shipping. The shipping large items are encouraged to be done by third party blanket wrapped shipping companies as many of our pieces are fragile and demand the utmost handling care. The buyer is also responsible for insuring the piece against damage done during the shipping process.
